Some big improvements have been made here at Valve Studios in the last few months. We’re proud to have just added Barefoot MM27s as our main monitors for Studio A. These speakers translate amazingly…tracking and mixing are quicker and easier. We’ve also installed Endless Analog’s CLASP system to tie in our Studer 2” Tape Machine to our Pro Tools HD system. Record with the great sound of analog tape directly into PT with all the playlists and digital editing capabilities…instantly! You may have seen Lenny Kravitz on the cover of Mix magazine talking about his love of the system. Click here for more info and the many possibilities with the CLASP system. And last but not least, we purchased a brand new Mac Pro Quad Core w/ 12GB of RAM for extra power.

Valve Studios has been described in the press as "Vintage Heavy." We believe we have a unique blend of great sounding vintage gear along with all the modern digital necessities. Valve is centered around a modified Neve Console with a great history along with an Apogee fronted ProTools HD2 rig and Studer 2” machine.
