David Garza came in this month to record overdubs on songs for his summer release. After a couple all night sessions, it was mastered in Austin the following day and should now be available…check out his website for details. Slowride recorded and mixed their next Deep Elm release with engineer Stuart Sikes this month. Look for it sometime in the fall. We completed two mixes for The Falling View’s upcoming EP and The Wishlist also came in to finish overdubs for their record.

Engineer Mark Petty had his first visit to Valve Studios this month tracking a new record for the band Flying Machine. These guys worked some late hours! Look for mixes and release in the next couple months. Casey Diiorio spent two days engineering and co-producing a remake of the 80s tune “Melt With You” with Bowling for Soup. Being mixed in LA, look for it to be released in an upcoming movie and as a single. The Falling View EP was wrapped up recording wise, finishing the final overdubs. Mixing will take place in July. Engineer Stuart Sikes also spent a few days in the studio this month recording drums and bass for an upcoming release from Shibboleth.
